Durham Professional Services is working on behalf of our client to recruit a Business Analyst on initial 12 month contract, daily rate, Umbrella only. My client is specifically looking for experience of Supporting Organisation design Initiatives and this must be proven on your cv.
As an experienced Business Analyst, candidates should have experience of working within a project environment, providing business analysis services, and assisting in identifying and recommending options for new/improved business processes and systems for project delivery.
For this [articular role,
- Experienced Business Analyst with previous exposure to supporting organization design initiatives
- Diagnostic skills - needs analysis, root cause analysis
- Experience in using data analysis, process mapping and Office tools to help tell a story
- Inquisitive mindset with interest in driving improvements and removing barriers
- Proactive approach, seeking out opportunities and proposing solutions where possible and owning work through to resolution
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work within a defined framework covering processes and standards
- Willing to challenge existing ways of working and make a positive impact
- Able to interact and collaborate across the organization and understand how people respond to change
- Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of people from across the business, including senior business figures, and leveraging these relationships to promote business outcomes
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and in environments with a high degree of change
Finally, candidates should be definite self-starters and used to working in a dynamic fast paced environment with the ability to make connections and develop relationships quickly. It is essential to have first class stakeholder management skills.
