Implementation Consultant

We are delighted to be working with our client, a Microsoft Gold Partner, to recruit an Implementation Consultant on a permanent basis. This role can be based anywhere in the UK (WFH) but will require travel to client sites as requested.

This is a technical role, working with clients at the forefront on Unified Comms technology. This role will be to support and administer some of the largest MS Teams Unified Comms solutions for enterprise clients. This role will require you to use your systems engineering and Telecoms skills to implement comms solutions that transform the way people engage with colleagues and customers.

Key Duties

  • Lead and assist technical implementations of MS Teams inc MS teams direct routing
  • Provide domain knowledge expertise across MS Teams and O365
  • Gather and document technical requirements, define design patterns and configure the solution
  • Provide consultancy on Ms Teams features aligned to customer business needs
  • Carry out configurations in line with requirements
  • Perform QA checks for implementations.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Extensive technical implementation experience gained in the field of cloud, hybrid and on-premises collaboration and messaging solutions.
  • Experience in MS Teams/ O365 for distributed workforce solutions, supported by relevant technical training.
  • Broad systems engineering background and design skills across O365/MS teams including security admin, messaging, Identity and access management.
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365, EM&S platforms and MS365 licencing models.

 

This role offers WFH, but there will be an expectation to be flexible to travel to client’s sites across the UK, as required.
