Durham Professional Services is delighted to be working on behalf of our multinational client to recruit an experienced PMO Analyst on a 2 years Fixed term Contract (salaried). This is a completely remote role with only occasional travel required for the odd workshop.

 

This role will be taking a lead in analysing and reporting performance; undertaking assurance of the quality of a CRM project; providing leadership and expertise in identifying, quantifying and tracking benefits and supporting excellent risk management, financial management, dependencies and resourcing across the project and supporting the Programme Manager in best practice and ensuring we adhere to governance as prescribed by the PMO Team

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Work closely with the PMO manager and CRM Programme Manager and ensure the CRM Project has clear pmo processes being adhered to by the project team

 

  1. Support the Programme manager to maintain the CRM plan and ensure there is a schedule for deliverables as well as milestones that are widely circulated and understood by the project and wider stakeholders

 

  1. Manage the CRM resource/capacity plan, highlighting any resource conflicts and spare capacity to the relevant governance board or PM and resource lead.
  2. Be accountable for research and data analysis, including gathering and manipulating data, researching and producing accurate project reports
  3. Ensure that changes to the project are controlled and communicated.
  4. Provide recommendations for and in some cases lead the input regarding the ACCA project management methodologies and processes to enable continuous improvement and to best practice development.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience of working in a programme environment ideally as a senior PMO role
  • It is desirable that you have recent experience working on a CRM Project as a PMO Analyst
  • Excellent understanding of the role of PMO within a project/programme/portfolio environment
  • Demonstrable skill in project planning and preparing written communication.
  • In depth skill in working with large amounts of information to provide succinct analysis, spotting and communicating trending information
  • In depth skill and understanding of risk management , dependency management, benefits management and financial and budget management as it applies to a project, programme and portfolio of change
