Durham Professional Services is delighted to be recruiting for a skilled Product Manager to join a forward-thinking company based in the Heart of Glasgow.
This role is for an innovator. Someone who is passionate about the customer experience and has an easy ability to explore and develop product experiences in both the B2C and B2B sense.
You will be working directly with Business and consumer to explore any new ideas and be there to hold hands should any problems arise.
This role involves:
- Looking at quantitative and qualitative data to produce insights that can be used to shape products.
- Work closely with the product engineering teams so that there is a shared understanding of business context, product strategy and investigating any changes which might occur.
- Looking at issues and problems faced by local business and our end users via direct approach for research and knowledge.
- Look for new product opportunities where the business can deliver value to the customer and be the champion of these ideas, so they are supported to conclusion.
We are looking for:
- Experience understanding user needs to find product opportunities through user research, and working with others to exploit those opportunities
- Experience in driving product changes which deliver positive impacts to users and business metrics
- Experience in selecting and applying the most appropriate research techniques to identify and prioritise core user challenges (i.e. competitive research, market research and analysis, user testing, AB testing)
- A great communicator who thrives in a collaborative and nurturing environment
- Curiosity, a thirst to learn
