Durham Professional Services are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Project Manager for our International client. This role is being offered on a 6 month Fixed Term (salaried) contract. This role will be remote for the duration of the role but may entail travel to and from client sites as required during the project and as such applicants should be based permanently in the UK.
Our client is looking for a Project manager with a background in Contact Centres and experience in managing transitions/change across contact centre operations.
As such the successful candidates should have experience of the following: -
- Demonstrable experience of working with/ within contact centre environments
- Working with international / global delivery teams
- Has managed / led service transitions – offshoring and outsourcing. Moving teams/activities between locations, countries and or sites
- Understands contact centre technologies and operational practices
- Strong Project Management experience evidenced and proficient in application of methodologies e.g. risk logs, plans, stage gates, forecasts etc
