Durham Professional Services is delighted to be recruiting for contract Senior Business Analyst to join our international client. This role will be working from home (candidates must be in the UK) with a very rare appearance in the office.
This role will suit someone with experience in Agile, user stories and worked a CRM.
The SBA role is a key leadership role within this community, managing people directly, supporting BAs in a matrix management environment and leading in discussions on estimation, planning and quality of service delivery. You will play an active part in the development of best practice for the BA community and consistently demonstrate the value of the discipline.
The person Fit:

Experience of delivery across the range of BA skills from shaping to business readiness on medium to large scale projects

Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual who is able to work on their own initiative with the ability to meet strict deadlines

Proven track record in a Business Analysis role on large complex projects

Experience of working within a programme/project management delivery framework

Experience of employing a broad and diverse range of business analysis best practices, methodologies and tools including complex modelling and scenario planning

Experience of challenging business and technology areas in order to achieve the optimal future design of any change initiative

Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in the facilitation of Design Workshops, to achieve clear outcomes

Educated to degree level or equivalent, or an equivalent level of experience

Experience in Visio for modelling and Jira / Confluence for requirements management

Understanding of people management skills and requirements.

Conversant with best practice methodologies in their area of expertise, and able to take a pragmatic approach to their practical application.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and support senior Stakeholders through difficult decisions.
