Solutions Architect

Durham Professional Services are delighted to be recruiting for a Solutions Architect for our International client on a 6-month contract, Umbrella only.  This role will be working fully remote.

The scope of the project is to transition an operation from its current telephony solution (Avaya) to a new solution (InContact) including the rebuild of self-service IVRs and DTMF Suppression (Semafone) solutions.

We need candidates who can drive forward this project and propose solutions including commercialization. 

Implementation will typically be via different resources or external parties e.g., application suppliers.

Retail knowledge/experience needed, as well as a good grounding/experience in operating within PCI/FSA based regulations

As such we are looking for a Solutions Architect who understands the contact center environment. Any exposure to Avaya and/or InContact would be a nice bonus.

You will need to be able to get under the skin of the existing environment, expect involvement through all phases of the project from requirements gathering, design then supporting in testing, oversight of build and go-live phases.
