Durham Professional Services is delighted to be recruiting for a Skilled Business Change Analyst to join their clients firm. The role is home working with occasional trips to the office nearest you in Glasgow, London or Liverpool.
This role will suit someone experienced in being the bridge between the business and the IT teams, gathering information and analysis to improve and enhance systems for the good of the company and end users.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Strong awareness of Enterprise Technologies such as:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions
- Wealth Management solutions
- Business Intelligence / Data Reporting solutions
- Production of Test Cases for UAT.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies with some experience of project planning and scheduling.
- Proven ability of supporting, organising workshops.
- Extensive knowledge of process modelling techniques with the use of business modelling tools.
- Commercial and financial understanding.
