Durham Professional Services are delighted to be recruiting for a Business Process Engineer for our International client on a 3-month contract. This role is likely to be outside of the scope of IR35.
This role will be working fully remote.
This role will be to build a detailed business process that surfaces most or all product and operational requirements

- Example deliverables: Business process maps
- Example activities: Workshop planning & facilitation, current state mapping, data analysis
As such candidates must have experience of process design within a Contact Centre/front office environment.
