We are delighted to be working with our client  to recruit an IT Project Manager on a 12 month FTC (salaried). This role can be flexible in location but ideally around the Haydock area. This role is mostly 9-5.30, but on occasion out of hours work will be required as will some travel.

This position will be responsible for project managing a variety of telephone system, hosted and AV deployments assigned to them within the business, ensuring successful deployment.

Further products may also be added to the portfolio in the future.

This role is a customer service focused role and as such you will need to work on a collaborative basis to ensure that both your internal and external stakeholder’s needs are being set and exceeded, many of your customers will come to you in their time of need. You will have to work closely with your colleagues in order to ensure that we deliver the best service experience that we can, recommending process improvements, allocating resources and setting expectations on a daily basis.

  • Have qualifications and hands on experience in Project Management methodologies with a thirst to learn more [eg. PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL etc…]
  • Previous IT project management in a similar MSP organisation
  • You will have an IT project management background and be somewhat familiar with popular technologies such as LAN, WAN, Servers, WIFI, switches and firewalls, laptops and desktops and Microsoft.
