We are working with our Global Client to recruit a Project Manager to work on a Global Payroll project for 6 months. This role is working from home but candidates must be in the UK. This role will be working via an Umbrella.
This role will be to project manage a Global Payroll Project. The Project objective is to implement a new Global Payroll system and transform the way our client runs its Payroll.
This role will be critical in managing the strategic intent of the Global Payroll Project into operational capabilities.
The Project Manager will serve as the foundation for execution and act as a guide for all teams with responsibilities as part of the end-to-end Global Payroll process.
- Experience of managing Payroll Implementations with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and control
- Knowledge of Payroll systems and processes would be beneficial
- Enthusiastic and motivated to work as part of a small team to ensure a successful project delivery.
- Strong supplier management skills – experience of working with 3rd party suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills both written and orally are expected.
