We are delighted to be working with our client, a Microsoft Gold Partner, to recruit a Senior Solutions Engineer on a permanent basis. This role can be based anywhere in the UK (WFH) but will require travel to client sites as requested.
This is a technical role, working with clients at the forefront on Unified Comms technology. This role will be to support and administer some of the largest MS Teams Unified Comms solutions for enterprise clients. This role will act as the final point of contact for 3rd line customer support, as such this role requires candidates to have extensive experience of Microsoft based systems engineering and administration.
Key Duties
- Responding to service incidents for enterprise MS Teams customers
- Provide ongoing administration and engineering support to the implementation and wider distributed workforce solutions practise
- Actively monitoring solutions to ensure stability and service continuity
- Monitoring telephone/voice integrations, specifically MS Teams direct routing integrations with 3rd Party SIP Solutions.
Key Skills and Experience
- Extensive technical Support and administration experience gained in the field of cloud, hybrid and on-premise collaboration, productivity and messaging solutions
- Specialist systems administration experience in MS Teams/O365 for distributed workforce solutions, supported by relevant technical training, community (MS MVP) and/or MS certification
- Broad systems engineering and design skills across O365/MS Teams including Security Administration, Messaging, Identity and Access Management and SharePoint and Power Platform
This role offers WFH, but there will be an expectation to be flexible to trave to client’s sites across the UK, as required.
