Durham Professional Services are delighted to be recruiting for a Solution Architect for our International client on a 3 month contract, Umbrella only. This role will design innovative solutions to problems using the latest technologies and platforms, in support of the development and growth of the business. As such, you’ll be working with both internal and external partners to deliver industry leading standards. This is a homebased role but travel within the UK and potentially further afield will be required
Key Responsibilities of the role
- Building secure solutions which will include writing requirements, testing and delivery.
- Working across both new and legacy systems, you’ll be exposed to a mixture of client and internal technical projects in order to support the wider business with their everyday functions.
- You’ll both lead and contribute to storyboarding and brainstorming exercises and run scoping and design meetings or conference calls with clients.
Personal Qualities: -
Our client has a vast array of projects and as such we are looking for skills across the following spectrum:-
- Experience of contact centre solutions for voice,
- Cloud contact centre applications integration, experience
- Experience of working with SBC's and MS Team's integration for PSTN access.
- EUC is nearly always thick client HP with Windows 10,
- Lots of VOIP as solutions tend to be cloud so knowledge of NICE InContact, Amazon Connect would be preferable
- Networking layer is all Cisco but advancements this year into SD-WAN, SDN, ISE and Umbrella
- For any on-prem the answer is either virtual or container
- Most server infrastructure is again Windows based but Linux environments do exist so an ability to span both here is advantageous.
- Cloud strategy is towards Azure
