Durham Professional Services are delighted to be recruiting for a Test Manager for our UK based client. The test manager will help with managing the testing of a client telephony migration as such a background in telephony is essential, NICE inContact experience would be preferable but not essential.
We’re looking for a test professional who can take a technical specification / design and translate this into a testing regime to validate the operation and behaviour of the system once built.
You may need to complete some of the testing themselves, or at least be involved in its execution. This role will be split 50:50 between testing telephony and web applications
This is a remote role but applicants must be based in the UK and be able to work via an Umbrella without sponsorship. The role will be for an initial 3 months.
